- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor surgery, get a different doctor on every appointment which in itself is a nightmare as phone is either off the hook or not answered or busy. Even though when eventually making the appointment and being asked the problem by receptionist, none of the doctors ive seen, every do any preparatory research, so have to tell the same thing time and time again to each doctor as they don't read the notes. Surgery has hundreds of pointless leaflets plastered all over the wall, which no one reads as there's too many, and its a very drab environment. If you try and book your own doctor its sometimes 2 months in advance. Only the non popular doctors have appointments free and the most unpopular one truly needs to up his game, as he has zero person skills, is a bad communicator, god knows why they are a doctor.
